india

i thought it was going to be easy to blog while backpacking, but i was wrong. i just can't seem to find time to sit down with the computer. it's always something to do or something to see or some bus or plane or train to catch. we've already been backpacing for one month, time's gone by so fast. by now we've been to india for three weeks, thailand for one week and yesterday we crossed the border to cambodia. i've got so many photos i don't know where to start.. i think i'll just start at the beginning with a few photos from india.
in three weeks we visited delhi, agra, jaipur, tordi sagar, pushkar, udaipur, ahmedabad, mumbai and goa. i loved everything. every place was really lovely in its own way. india is hectic and chaotic and incredible at the same time.
something i wrote a few days after we got there: india is indescribable. coming from tiny little norway, india is quite overwhelming. but in a good way. mostly. there are so many people here, i can't wrap my head around it. in just three days i've learned to like the insane traffic that has absolutely no rules. i actually like the hectic atmosphere, even though it gives me a headache more times than it doesn't. india is filled with kind people. it truly is an amazing country.
